This project was designed around the homeowners's love for grey and wood. When the two hues came together in variation, an unexpectedly beautiful contrast came out.
Natural oak finish gives a rustic foundation. Gray can be dull, so we applied one that has some luminosity. The gloss of wall cabinets fluctuate with the shadows and time of day, and it looks more unique.
For vanity room, matte grey creates a stable and sophisticated look, while a touch of light wood is enough to offset the dull feel it brings.
In the living area, we leave the cabinets open and get things in sight and easier to fetch.
