From the start, the clients made two things clear to Allure: First, they appreciate and keep the style and historic character of their home for a three-generation family, and they want a kitchen that echos. Second, quite a large space though, they avoid to waste any of it and want a kitchen with fluent traffic flow and storage that equals to the space.
After the long and detailed work, here comes the final result: a large family open kitchen diner, with cherry cabinets with all closed storage, recessed kicks, backsplashes and countertops made of sintered stone, quarts and marble.
When it comes to the layout, the position of the sink was determined by the window. Reserved space in the middle for the refrigerator for the convenience of both sides. Central island is set in the exterior kitchen.
Notice the details: the door shape and countertop edge cut.
Appliances like dish washer and microwave, applications like electric lifting rack were built into the cabinets, which can save more worktop space and get things more organized.
